Covenants and Restrictions

The covenants and restrictions are separated by unit number. Kensington has 10 units, each with slightly different restrictions depending on when that section of the neighborhood was built. You will need to know your unit number in order to know your restrictions. You can get that information on your house deed.

Annual Dues Payment Info

Our annual dues are $150 per year. Your dues dollars are put to work in many ways, from paying for the basic costs such as keeping on the streetlights,  to maintenance costs such as replacing foliage on the main boulevard, and towards offsetting the cost of neighborhood social events.

While we collect annual dues each spring, you may pay any outstanding dues at anytime! Email treasurer@nkhoa.com for info on how to pay your outstanding dues.
