Front Entrance Update:
Ram jack stablized the brick wall on the exit side. In this process, they found a good amount of brick that can be used for repair as well.
The damaged Kensington gold script will be removed, and we will have a specialized brick stainer come stain the new brick and mortor to match the existing brick
Seeds of Change will install new boxwoods on each side of the entrance to fill the gaps in the landscaping.
We will begin Phase 2 of updating the entrance by getting design options and quotes together for new signage.

The covenants and restrictions are separated by unit number. Kensington has 10 units, each with slightly different restrictions depending on when that section of the neighborhood was built. You will need to know your unit number in order to know your restrictions. You can get that information on your house deed.
Our annual dues are $300 per year, collected in the spring. Your dues dollars are put to work in many ways, from paying for the basic costs such as keeping on the streetlights, to maintenance costs such as replacing foliage on the main boulevard, and towards offsetting the cost of neighborhood social events.
Email treasurer@nkhoa.com for info on how to pay your outstanding dues online.
